1. About RowHint
RowHint ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent seat intelligence platform that provides seat maps, ratings, and traveler reviews for commercial airline aircraft. RowHint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, aircraft manufacturer, or travel agency.
2. Use of the Service
By accessing rowhint.com, you agree to these Terms. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, copy, or republish our seat data without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive reviews or contact messages
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, or exploit any part of the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
3. Information Accuracy
Airline seat configurations change frequently. While we verify every seat map and timestamp it with a last-verified date, we cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time of your flight. Always confirm seat details directly with your airline before booking.
Pre-revenue aircraft pages (marked with a pre-verification notice) are based on aviation press sources and have not been confirmed against a live booking system. They may be updated after the aircraft enters service.
4. User Submissions
When you submit a review, you grant RowHint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the site. All reviews are subject to moderation and may be declined or removed at our discretion.
By submitting a review, you confirm that your submission is honest, based on personal experience, and does not contain personally identifiable information about third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
The RowHint name, brand, seat ratings, and editorial content are our intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
RowHint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific seat will perform as described. Seat experience is inherently subjective and your results may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RowHint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on information provided on this site, including but not limited to booking decisions made based on our seat ratings.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above with each revision.
